Our story
The Shop on East Truxtun
We're a tire and wheel shop at 1516 E Truxtun Ave in Bakersfield, and we've built our name the slow way: one honest repair at a time. Customers come in expecting to buy a replacement and leave with their original rim fixed instead — because if a repair is the better answer, that's what we'll tell you.
David and the team keep their word, work quick, and keep in touch — even following up by text so you always know where your vehicle stands. That's why folks who've been coming here for years keep sending their friends, their family, and their work trucks our way.
- Owner David works the counter and keeps his word
- We repair rims when we can, not just replace them
- Open six days a week, Monday through Saturday
